Our experience has shown that the majority of problems can be resolved by referring to Common Problems in the Getting Started online help file. Before contacting Digitizer Technology, please try diagnosing the problem using the steps outlined in that chapter. This not only saves delays for you, but also helps keep the product cost down for future versions.

Support Limitations

By contract, Digitizer Technology does not provide support for OEM Editions of the Virtual Tablet Interface.  Please contact the original equipment manufacturer of your digitizer for Virtual Tablet Interface technical support.

Digitizer Technology also does not provide support for configuration problems such as interrupt or device driver conflicts. You must have a clean serial port, free of interrupt conflicts with other ports or devices and other digitizer drivers, prior to installing the Virtual Tablet Interface. If you need assistance removing another manufacturer’s drivers, please contact the manufacturer for assistance.

If you need technical assistance, you may send electronic mail to Digitizer Technology at support @ vtablet.com. Please describe your computer system, software versions and the problem you are experiencing along with your name and serial number, if registered.
